BOROUGH OF MOOSIC ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS

Notice is given that the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the Borough of Moosic will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at the Moosic Borough Building, 715 Main Street, Moosic at 7:00 P.M.. The purpose of this public hearing is for the following issues:

1. Hear the appeal from an Enforcement Notice filed by Anthony Mattioli regarding the installation of a fence and right-of-way violations for the property located at 618 Wisteria Drive, Moosic PA. The property is located in a Medium Density Residential (R-2) Zone.

The public is invited to attend and present testimony.
