Zoning Board of Adjustments Public Hearing:

Moosic Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building at 715 Main St. Moosic, Pa 18507. This public hearing is with regards Charles LaBelle LTD, Memorial Highway Shavertown, is requesting a variance on his M-1 Zone so he can have car sales from his property on Rocky Glen Road Moosic, Pa – Ashley Nicole Adams, 1118 Water Street Moosic is requesting a variance for the property located at 1118 Water Street, minimum frontage from 50 feet to 60 feet frontage, and both side yard variances.

Interested parties are invited to attend and present testimony.

At the regular meeting of Moosic Borough Council to be held on March 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Moosic Borough Building, 715 Main St Moosic Pa., Council will consider for adoption Ordinance #3 of 2022, the following summary: An Ordinance of the Governing Body of Moosic Borough is considering amending Ordinance 14 of 2020 which provides for the prohibiting installation of use of supply wells for portable and agricultural use within the municipal limits. This ordinance may be examined in its entirety at the Moosic Borough office during normal business hours. The public is invited.
