Moosic Borough held the first annual Municipal Employee Appreciation Luncheon on Thursday, October 17th.  Moosic Borough Council and Mayor planned the appreciation luncheon in recognition of the hard work and dedication of the Moosic Department of Public Works employees, Moosic Police Officers and the Moosic Borough Administrative staff and was held behind the Municipal Building.  The luncheon consisted of hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, and assorted deserts, which had been generously donated by ShopRite of Birney Plaza and Gerrity’s the Fresh Grocer of Moosic.
