BOROUGH OF MOOSIC ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS

Notice is given that the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the Borough of Moosic will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at the Moosic Borough Building, 715 Main Street, Moosic at 7:00 P.M.. The purpose of this public hearing is for the following issues:

Consider the application for a variance filed by EZ Corner Mart, LLC for the property located at 4801 Birney Avenue, Moosic PA, seeking to erect an identification sign on the existing building comprising approximately 10 square feet pursuant to §300-30(F)(a)(2) of the Moosic Borough Zoning Ordinance. The property is located in a General Commercial (C-2) Zone.

The public is invited to attend and present testimony.
