Request for Proposals – Professional Services

Through Request for Proposals (RFP), the Borough of Moosic seeks to engage respondents for the following individual Professional Services, upon appointment:

  1. SOLICITOR
RFP for Borough Solicitor
2. ENGINEER RFP for Borough Engineer
3. ANNUAL AUDITOR RFP for Borough Auditor

LEGAL NOTICE

BOROUGH OF MOOSIC ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS

Notice is given that the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the Borough of Moosic will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at the Moosic Borough Building, 715 Main Street, Moosic at 7:00 P.M..  The purpose of this public hearing is for the following issues:

  • Consider the application for a variance filed by Thomas Devine for the property located at 602 School Street, Moosic, PA, seeking a side yard set-back to allow for a handicap accessibility ramp on the existing building pursuant to §300-22(B)(5)(b). of the Moosic Borough Zoning Ordinance.  The property is located in a medium density residential (R-2) Zone.
  • Consider the application for a variance filed by Suzanne Richards for the property located at 508 N. Third Street, Moosic, PA, seeking a lot size and lot depth and impervious lot coverage variance from the Board to allow for a minor sub-division of the property pursuant tp §300-16 and Table 4 of the Moosic Borough Zoning Ordinance. The property is located in a medium density residential (R-2) Zone.
