The Moosic Youth Center is home for our local Lions Club Chapter meetings. The organization holds the Moosic Lions Club Annual Tuna Hoagie and Clam Chowder Sale fundraiser on Fridays during Lent from 11:00 am until sold out!

The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation’s largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.
Moosic Borough is home to the Boy Scout’s Council Scout Service & Training Center (SSTC) located at the base of Montage Mountain just off of Interstate 81. The center also has a Scout Shop for all your BSA needs.

The Center is a non-profit agency. It is the home of Biddy Basketball, and during the evenings you can find children playing basketball, pool, ping-pong, and doing arts and crafts. The Youth center is also involved in a wide range of social activities including Boys and Girls Club of Northeast PA who sponsor an After School Program, the Moosic Lions Club, and MYC School of Dance.
The center can also be rented for parties and other events.

Community coaches strive to teach our girls about the game of softball, team play, good sportsmanship, self-respect, respect for others and to have fun while playing the game!
Moosic Little League
Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, the Moosic Little League assists children in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the Moosic Little League Baseball is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.

The Moosic Youth Center School of Dance has been in the business of educating children and adults in pre-ballet, ballet, tap and jazz since 1979. Classes start each year in September.
Triboro Youth Soccer
Triboro Youth Soccer provides an opportunity for youth from Old Forge, Moosic, Taylor, and the surrounding area to play recreational soccer. We strive to continuously improve the quality of soccer and strive to develop players. Our vision is to provide opportunities to any player by building and improving their skills, confidence, fitness, initiative, and a sense of teamwork. We are committed to developing coaches to a higher level through an instructional program. We promote and encourage sportsmanship and fair play. We operate on a sound financial basis and look to continuously improving our organization.
