NOTICE OF ENTRY LEVEL
POLICE OFFICER EXAMINATION
SCHEDULE

November 03, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Borough of Moosic Municipal Building; Written Examination (Entry Level Police Officer)

Following the grading of the written exam an oral examination  will be scheduled for those applicants successful on the written exam

All candidates applying for testing must submit an application in person at the Borough of Moosic Municipal Building, 715 Main Street, Moosic, PA, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Applications must be submitted no later than October 26, 2022.

There is a non-refundable fee of $50 due at the time of application.

ALL CANDIDATES MUST PASS A PHYSICAL AGILITY EXAM

All applicants claiming the following preferences must supply proof at the time of application:  Veteran preference requires proof of service and honorable discharge. All applicants must have reached their eighteenth (18th) birthday before the deadline for submitting a  completed application.

If successful on the Oral and Written examinations, physical exam will be required.  A police background check, a polygraph, drug screen and a mental and psychological examination will also be required.
