LEGAL NOTICE

BOROUGH OF MOOSIC ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS

Notice is given that the Zoning Board of Adjustments of the Borough of Moosic will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at the Moosic Borough Building, 715 Main Street, Moosic at 7:00 P.M.. The purpose of this public hearing is for the following issues:

Consider the application for a variance filed by L.R. Costanzo, Inc. for the property located at 330 Montage Mountain Road, Moosic PA, PIN: 18601-010-003.02, seeking to erect an identification sign on the existing building comprising approximately 31 square feet pursuant to §300-30(F)(a)(2) of the Moosic Borough Zoning Ordinance. The property is located in a Planned Development Zone (PDZ).

The public is invited to attend and present testimony.
