MOOSIC BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS will Hold A PUBLIC Hearing

ON MAY 8, 2024 AT 7:00 PM. AT BOROUGH BUILDING LOCATED AT

715 MAIN AVENUE, MOOSIC, PA. 18507 FOR THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:

Consider the application for a variance of Michael Bisciaio, 612 Boise St. Moosic, who is seeking to allow a second accessory structure on his property located in a residential (R-2) zone.

The Board will also be reconsidering the application of Lins Realty, LLC.  AND RAYMOND AND TAMARA ROSATI, 24 SALINA Street, MOOSIC, who are requesting two set-back variances and a non-conforming use variance to allow for the subdivision of their properties. the application was denied on a 2 - 2 vote of the Board, and the parties have requested a reconsideration by the Board.

The public is invited to attend and present testimony.
