4th of July DPW and Office will be Closed:

The Department of Public Works and the Business Office will be closed on Thursday July 4, 2024 in observance of the 4th of July holiday. Thursday 7/4/2024 and Friday’s 7/5/2024 Garbage and Recycling will be on a one day delay.

No special bulk pick up on Thursday 7/4/2024, this service will resume the following week.

No First Friday paper fiber pick- up 7/5/2024. This service will resume on Friday July 12th, 2024

GARBAGE & RECYCLING SUMMER HOURS

Beginning Monday, May 4th the Moosic Borough Department of Public works will begin their "summer" hours with collection starting at 6AM. Please ensure your garbage and recycling is placed curbside prior to 6AM.
