Moosic Borough will be holding a Public hearing at 6:45 P.M. on February 9, 2021 to be held virtually on the Go To Meeting App. The purpose of this meeting is to receive comments on Ordinance #8 of 2021. The summary of it is as follows:  AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BOROUGH OF MOOSIC’S ZONING ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL USES AS PERMITTED USES IN THE PDZ ZONE:  PHOTOGRAPHIC STUDIO, PHOTO PRINTING ESTABLISHMENT, AMUSEMENT ARCADE, POOL ROOM, LIQUOR STORE, FURNITURE STORE, RETAIL STORE, DEPARTMENT STORE, CRAFT SHOP, CHURCHES, ELECTRONIC STORE WITHOUT OUTDOOR SPEAKER, PET STORE, LABORATORY TESTING, ANIMAL HOSPITAL, FUNERAL HOME, AUTOMOBILE SALES, NEW AND USED, POST OFFICE, PAINT STORE, LEATHER GOODS AND LUGGAGE STORE, NEWSSTAND, JEWELRY STORE, ART STORE, HOSPITALS AND SIMILAR HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS, AND CIVIC, SOCIAL AND/OR RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS:PROVIDING A REPEALER CLAUSE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
