The members of the Moosic Borough Civil Service Commission are selected by Moosic Borough Council for one (1), two (2), and three (3) year terms. Their primary function is to assist Council when full-time police officers are being considered for employment. They will be responsible for interviewing, testing and recommending to council all eligible candidates. The Board is made up of Moosic Borough residents.
