The purpose of this public hearing is with regards Matthew Lane 1024 Springbrook Ave. Moosic is appealing the zoning officer denial of his application and therefore has submitted a request for a variance to erect a non-lighted billboard sign on the other side of their existing lighted sign which is located on their property at 1003 Springbrook Ave, Route 502 Moosic, PA 18507. Also, Robert Samsak, 3349 Birney Avenue is appealing the Zoning Officer Denial of his application for a permit to operate a used car lot in a C-1 zone on the property located at 730 Main St. Moosic. Interested parties are invited to attend and provide testimony.
